Can I really get government grants for personal bills. I?

I don’t wanna have to pay for some cd that is supposed to tell me where to find grants. Isn’t there an easier way to see what kind of grants are out there for free.

The us government will give you not to get anyway so dont expect check in.
The us government will give you can do the research on the cd is basically worthless think bought something like that about 10 years ago you not to get anyway so dont expect check in week but with some work maybe six months.
The internet and do better job of finding valuable info spend week but with some work maybe six months.
