Does anyone know how to get free government grants?

I here and see about them all the time but I have not found a reliable source to get the info.We need money to help my parents out because the trailer is leaking,the ceiling already has 2 places that have fallen in,and mold is building up really bad.both my parents have allergies and they have heart conditions and had strokes.Their not in the best of health.None of us have enough money to help them so I was trying to get them some help.Their on limited income.
