How do I get a government grant with out all the red tape?

I want to be able to get a grant for anything that’s legit within 3 to 4 months. Such as a grant to build my checking account, a grant to pay bills, a grant to upgrade my home business, and a grant to pay off school loans. I would like a combined grant for all that I’ve mentioned, or several grants that cover all that I’ve mentioned. Thank-You.
